A deliberate final check is often more useful than one more conversion.

Start with the original files

Keep the originals in a separate folder. Work from copies so you can return to source if a conversion drops a form field, changes an image or rearranges content.

Put the pieces in order

Use Merge PDF for multiple documents. The file list lets you move an item earlier before running the merge. Open the result and confirm the boundaries between documents.

Use Reorder PDF Pages when the document is already combined. Enter every page exactly once in its new order. Use Delete Pages only after checking the page numbers carefully.

Choose the right kind of editing

The Live PDF Studio is for visual annotations: notes, highlights, drawn signatures and images. It creates a flattened image-only PDF on export. Use a dedicated native PDF editor when you need to preserve selectable text, links, forms or accessibility tags.

Be deliberate about file size

The image-based compressor is most appropriate when you are comfortable with a rendered document. Try a lower resolution on a copy, then inspect small text at normal reading size. A smaller file is not useful if important details are unreadable.

Before you send it

Open the downloaded file in a separate viewer. Check the total page count, page order, orientation and every added annotation. Verify that names, amounts and dates are correct. Keep the original and the final copy distinguishable by filename.
